We’re kind of small, but we’re not THAT small.
You may think of Precise Business Solutions as a small software company, and while we are ‘smallish’ compared to large corporations like Epicor and Microsoft we have quite an established footprint in the ERP (enterprise resource planning) world.
We offer a variety of products and services centered around ERP software solutions, and we bring a huge amount of consulting and development expertise to the table across our dedicated team of Epicor Kinetic ERP experts.

- We’ve been around for 25 years. We’re also one of those rare software businesses that started in Australia and is still headquartered here!
- We have offices in Australia, United Kingdom and The Netherlands and satellite employees and consultants in the United States, New Zealand and Spain.
- We employ around 50 people in a variety of roles that range from software developers to project managers, software consultants to support analysts, marketing specialists and sales engineers.
- Aside from being one of the largest Premium Authorised Partners for Epicor ERP in the Asia-Pacific region, we are also an Epicor Platinum Alliance ISV partner; we have developed our own Epicor companion software products in-house: Epicor Advanced Requisition Management (ARM), Precise Point of Sale (POS) and Epicor Advanced Project Management (APM).
- We have taken out the Epicor International Partner of the Year Award five times: in 2023, 2022, 2018, 2014, 2013.
- Our ERP implementations are delivered collaboratively with our customers using our proven Precision Methodology implementation approach, which we’ve perfected over years of experience delivering ERP projects and are supported by our Precise ERP Success Framework.
- We offer a range of Epicor ERP deployment options, whether our customers are after cloud, on-premise and hybrid solutions.
- Our customers come from a diverse range of industries – Manufacturing and Australian aged care don’t have an awful lot in common, but we have many customers across both!
- We provide excellent ongoing support, training, customisations and expert consulting to help you get the most out of your ERP system, through our Precise Ever-Assist program.
