An Update on COVID-19: We’re WFH but Otherwise it’s BAU

We have today made the decision to implement a work from home policy for all our staff, effective from tomorrow, Tuesday 24 March (AWST).

With the number of people in Australia and around the world with Coronavirus (COVID-19) continuing to grow, like many other companies we have chosen to take decisive action to minimise the spread of the virus and protect against unnecessary risk.

During this time our priority is the safety of our people and our customers, while continuing to honour our commitments and deliver exceptional services.

In the case of any face-to-face appointments have booked on-site with our consulting team in coming weeks, we are confident customers will find our team will be able to adequately support them using remote tools.

As a global business with customers across multiple time zones, we are well-accustomed to making use of the best technologies to conduct our business remotely. For many of our customers in fact, engaging with us via video-conferencing tools and remote access will be business as usual.

Precise direct customers with an active project are being contacted by us directly to discuss specifics.
