So, without further ado, let us introduce Frank McLoughlin. Frank is our Principal Consultant here at Precise Business Solutions (Precise) and is a product expert in Epicor Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, specialising in manufacturing, production planning and supply chain management. What does engagement with Frank look like?
Frank’s initial discussions with our customers centre around their current business focuses and software functionality, anticipated future challenges and business roadmap.
Broadly, Frank has three questions he always asks: ‘What’s working? What’s not? Where is the business going?’.
