Multiple Receipts Matching
Simplify your invoice processing with our new Multiple Receipts Matching feature. Now, multiple receipts can be matched at the Draft Invoice stage, ensuring seamless data splitting into separate invoice lines when the AP Invoice is created in Epicor Kinetic. This ARM-exclusive functionality applies proportional logic to distribute amounts accurately, even in cases where totals do not match exactly.
Approval Workflow Enhancement
Enjoy greater efficiency with our enhanced approval workflow routing options. We’ve introduced the new ‘Repeated Approver Behavior’ setting to replace the ‘Enable Leap Frog Auto Approval’ option. This enhancement offers more flexibility in managing approval nodes for repeated approvers, allowing you to:
- Require all approval nodes to be actioned
- Skip all repeated approval nodes except the final one
- Leapfrog to nodes after the final approval
These options provide greater control over approval workflows, ensuring smoother and more adaptable processing.
Other Key Enhancements
- New Draft Invoice Header Defaults Area – A dedicated ‘Defaults’ section in the Draft Invoice header simplifies the selection and application of default values, including Location, Category, UOM, Tax Category, and more.
- Multi-select Line Deletion – Save time by deleting multiple Draft Invoice lines in bulk, with the ability to apply a single deletion reason to all selected lines.
- Cross Reference Part Enhancement – Easily find and manage parts using Internal, Customer, or Manufacturer Part Numbers on the Catalogue Part Entry screen.
- New ‘View Activities’ Button Feature – Gain real-time visibility into invoice conversion processes with the new ‘View Activities’ button, allowing you to track the status of background tasks seamlessly.
