Epicor Advanced Requisition Management (ARM) 2024.2.1 is Now Available and Ready to Use!
We are excited to announce the release of Epicor Advanced Requisition Management (ARM) 2024.2.1.
Our latest release introduces several powerful customer-focused enhancements designed to streamline procurement and AP processes, delivering greater control, improved efficiency, and a more intuitive user experience.
Key Highlights for This Release Include…
New “Requester” Feature
Streamline requisitions with our new Requester feature, which enables a single user to manage requests on behalf of multiple requesters.
- Requester Maintenance Screens: New screens to define and manage individual Requesters and Requester Groups, including permissions and group assignments.
- Approval Workflow Integration: Requesters and Requester Groups can now be used as criteria in designing approval workflows.
- Enhanced Notifications: Added email notifications to keep Requesters updated on approvals, denials, submissions, and order changes.
Smart Risk Analysis
- This new AI-powered feature works alongside Smart Invoice Capture to analyze scanned invoice data, applying machine learning algorithms and historical invoice patterns to evaluate potential risk levels for each invoice.
- With real-time insights into risk profiles, this feature enables you to identify and address high-risk invoices earlier in the process, helping to mitigate the risk of financial fraud.
Other Key Enhancements
- Vendor Group Filtering: AP and Draft Invoice searches now display records limited to assigned vendor groups, focusing the search experience and reducing data noise.
- Terms Code Flexibility: You can now update Terms Codes across requisitions, proforma orders, and change orders, with added controls for default values and bulk updating.
- Extended Support for Cross Reference Part: Enhanced synchronization with Kinetic now includes Supplier Price Lists, Approved Suppliers, Customer Part Cross References, and Internal Part Cross References.
