Managing Director
In a career spanning almost 30 years Mark has learned a lot about how technology can shape business process improvement and the user experience. As a solution architect, implementation consultant, project manager, sales team lead and CEO, Mark has been involved in dozens of highly successful ERP projects around the globe, from Australia and New Zealand, Ghana to Mongolia, the UK to the Americas and throughout Asia.
As Managing Director at Precise, Mark’s role is to help define and execute on company vision and values, and to work closely with our technology partners as our customers’ loudest and strongest advocate for where their businesses are today and going tomorrow.
Kim Batina
Marketing Director
Kim has worn many hats in the business as it has grown over the years, including Systems Consultant, Project Manager, Product Manager, Director of Special Projects, Operations Director.
In Kim’s current role as Marketing Director she oversees the planning, development and execution of the overall business marketing strategy. Kim also has a passion for, and drives, a lot of our business strategy and process improvement initiatives.

Gert Noodram
Regional Manager
Head of our NL office is Gert Noodram, an experienced professional, with more than 35 years of experience in the area of business applications, an in the manufacturing industry in particular.
Gert has been active in the Epicor world since 2006 and a part of the Precise Business Solutions family since 2016. His role varies from a project management to finance consultancy, as well as contributing to all customer projects a good understanding of manufacturing and logistics processes in Epicor.
